Filia Center – We Are All Responsible. Let’s Stop Gender-Based Violence! (2022)

Through three stories revealed in 20 video testimonies on www.centrulfilia.ro/vdg, the campaign explores the concept of responsibility and how stereotypes, misconceptions, and lack of involvement contribute to different forms of gender-based violence: emotional abuse in relationships, sexual violence, and psychological abuse in the workplace.

Each character featured on the website represents a different attitude toward gender-based violence. Each of them plays a role. Each of them could break the cycle. Alongside the video testimonies, the website explains the specific types of gender-based violence addressed and how the narratives and reactions of those around it can either perpetuate or stop the violence.

The campaign was further supported by a 30-second digital ad summarizing one of the campaign’s stories, as well as an OOH and radio campaign, directly engaging the public by exposing the attitudes and biases that contribute to gender-based violence.
