HOSPICE Casa Speranţei has released #motivesadonezi (reasons to donate), the most important fundraising campaign of the year.
The teams of HOSPICE Casa Speranţei make, annually, more than 15.000 home care visits. However, the need is huge, as there are 172.000 patients in Romania needing palliative care every year. Hence, there are 172.000 reasons to donate. According to a World Bank report, Bucharest would need 47 complete palliative home care teams, but at the moment there are only two such teams: both are from HOSPICE Casa Speranţei. We want to reach as many patients as possible, who need palliative care, as it is their last medical solution.
