CULTURE · EDUCATION · SOCIAL IMPACT
We turn culture
into social impact.
Through film, stories, volunteering, education and partnerships, we create access to cultural experiences for children, young people, seniors and vulnerable communities. We contribute to a society that is better educated, more inclusive and more supportive.

OUR DIRECTIONS OF IMPACT
Culture creates connections.
Together, we build on them.
We see culture as social infrastructure: spaces that stay alive, experiences we learn from and relationships we can rely on. We revive cultural venues, develop educational projects and bring together schools, artists, NGOs, companies, volunteers and the public.
01
Education through culture
We use film, stories, reading and digital resources to give children educational experiences that are relevant and memorable, alongside teachers and parents.
The change we are afterCuriosity, a love of reading and openness to different perspectives.
02
Equitable access to culture
We create opportunities for children, seniors and vulnerable groups with limited access to cinema, books and cultural events. Dedicated screenings and free resources open these experiences up to more people.
The change we are afterFewer barriers to taking part and more chances to discover culture.
03
Living communities
Through Cinema Europa, we reactivate a neighbourhood cultural space and develop it as a place of meeting, dialogue and belonging. We build continuity around it, together with our audiences and partners.
The change we are afterAn active cultural space and a community that returns, takes part and gets involved.
04
Volunteering and skills for the future
We give young people real contexts for involvement and learning in culture, communication and event organisation. Volunteers work alongside coordinators and can grow into roles with more responsibility.
The change we are afterMore confident young people, skills developed through practice, and lasting involvement.
05
Innovation in fundraising and partnerships
We develop campaigns and donation tools that connect companies, NGOs and communities around a cause. We also build on the founders' experience in the Colorbitor projects, with roles and contributions set out in each project.
The change we are afterResources mobilised for causes, stronger partnerships and initiatives that can continue.
In every project we track participation and the change we want to produce: wider access, more active communities, more engaged young people and stronger partnerships. Below we present the documented results and how we are developing the evaluation of these changes.

AGENDA 2030
Sustainable Development Goals
Susțin's work aligns with four United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). We link each goal to concrete projects and are developing a framework for assessing our contribution.
04
SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOAL
Quality education
Learning, cultural diversity and participation
Film, reading and meetings with creators open up contexts for learning and dialogue. The link to target 4.7 is built through content and conversations about diversity, empathy and community life.
